Return Policy

all merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of the order received for a store credit or if returned within 14 days for a full refund back to the original form of payment. all merchandise must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unaltered.) any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge. all sale/discounted and custom items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or return. exchanges can be made if inventory is available. press clothing has the right to refuse any refund. we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our shop. please email us at info.pressclothing@gmail.com to start the return/exchange process.
